Care Primary School

Age 5-10 Years

We are concentrating on each person's holistic development, which encompasses a variety of abilities. We primarily concentrate on four fundamental abilities: language development, cognitive, physical, and socioemotional. Additionally, we provide exercises that improve critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, communication, and other soft skills to deal with daily obstacles and more possibilities. For the sake of character development and spatial awareness, we encourage our pupils to properly coordinate Head, Hand, and Heart.

Care Middle School

Age 10-14 Years

Care Secondary School

Age 14-17 Years

In order to achieve the national educational goals outlined in the current curriculum, the Senior School Program at Care School, which consists of Grades IX and X, follows the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) curriculum under the auspices of the Curriculum Development Center (CDC), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. At this level, the teaching and learning process encompasses a variety of approaches focused on the primary assessment domains of knowledge, comprehension, and application, such as project-based learning, cooperative and collaborative learning, discovery and discussion, and so on.
In order to prepare our students for global citizenship, we give them as much exposure to blended learning activities as possible in a secure and supportive setting. We also place a strong focus on content delivery in pertinent areas.
Each student takes part in various ECA programs, such as music, sports, visual arts, performing arts, excursions, domestic travel and tours, environment awareness programs, and charitable work, in order to improve the learning activities and accomplish the national goals of the curriculum at this level. Additionally, regular Cocurricular Activities (CCA) programs are held, such as exhibitions, creative writing, and oratory. Terms and Conditions:

1. Monthly fees must be paid in advance for the current Nepali month on or before the 10 working days.

2. Bills must be settled as previously stated and are sent out on the first and second of the current month. If tuition is not paid on time, a 5% extra will be charged to the bill amount.

3. No reduction is made in any kind of fee for short or extended absence.

4. Prior to the vacation, fees for Dashain, Tihar, and Chhatt must be paid. Therefore, two months' worth of fees, minus a month's service fee, must be paid in advance.

5. The transportation and lunch services must be activated for three months after they are used. (At least three months.)

Discipline

It is expected of students to uphold the school's code of conduct. Discipline may be applied for breaking school rules. Parents or guardians must sign the "Behavior Referral Form" and return it to the school. The goal of disciplinary action is to assist students develop positive attitudes and change their character so they may participate in society.

School/Home Communication

Parent-teacher meetings are the best way to communicate. Throughout the academic year, these sessions are held on a regular basis. In order to discuss exam results, the student's academic progress, and other general problems, parents can also get in touch with the school at least one day in advance and set up a special meeting with the teachers, coordinators, vice principal, or principal.

Sports and Fitness

Sports and physical health are essential to our kids' general development, and we give them many of chances to participate in these activities. At Care School, we give plenty of chances for our kids to participate in a variety of sports and fitness activities because we think that physical health is crucial to a student's entire development. Our students competed in sports like football, basketball, badminton, and table tennis at a recent sports carnival. In order to help our students maintain a healthy lifestyle and acquire useful stress-reduction skills, we also plan frequent yoga and exercise classes.

Important Information

1. The school timings are: 8:40 am - 4:00 pm

 2. The classes will begin from 6 Baisakh, 2083.

3. Students must report to school on 5 Baisakh, 2083 before 5pm. Any delay in reporting will cause inconvenience both to the student and the staff. 

4. i. Books prescribed by the school may be bought from any book store in Nepal. 

    ii. Annual & monthly charges (returning students) to be paid on the same day.

    iii. Students of classes Nursery need to bring their books to school after 15 Baisakh 2083. 

   iv. The students of classes Nursery to UKG must deposit the books to their class teachers. These books will be           kept in the classrooms throughout the year. This is to reduce student’s burden of carrying many books to               school. The books will, however, be returned at the end of the year. 

   v. Students of classes (1-10) must bring their books to school according to the school routine provided to them          in their classes.

5. i. Exercise books (copies) are provided to students by the school.

    ii. All stationery items required by the students of classes Nursery to UKG are provided by the school. However,        the students of classes (1-10) must bring their own stationery. 

   iii. All text and exercise books must be covered with brown paper. They should be labelled providing essential             information about a student. 

   iv. Pages should not be torn from the exercise books issued to students. A heavy fine will be imposed on                     students who tear pages from exercise books. Loss of exercise books invites a similar fine. 

   v. The students of classes (7 – 10) must maintain their own files in Physics, Chemistry and Biology Practicals. The        files have to be brought by the students themselves. 

   vi. The students of classes (9 - 10) must maintain their own register in mathematics, Opt. Maths and social                     studies. The registers have to be bought by themselves. 

  vii. The students of classes (1 - 10) should bring their own crayons, pencil colours or water colours for drawing             and colouring classes. 

  viii. Please sign your child’s diary every day. This will make your child do his/her work regularly. Please ask your           child to follow the rules mentioned in the school diary and in the school prospectus. 

   ix. For their badminton and table tennis classes, students must bring their own racquet and bat respectively. 

   x. For flute class, students must bring their own flute. Flute must be of D scale that the teacher has given.

6.  School uniforms can be bought from the tailor (Chitwan Tailor, Bijaychowk, Gaushala).

Note: Along with the school Uniform students have to wear Daka Topi for boys and Scarf for girls every Monday. On special occasions students can wear ethnic dress as per their ethnic group.

Students Houses

There are 4 separate houses for the students. Every year, there are over 50 competitions and activities. The final results are connected to the corresponding houses, even if students may participate individually, in groups, or as a class. Our goal in developing a house score system is to foster teamwork, friendship, and a sense of belonging.

Kanchenjunga House

The Kanchenjunga House is given the color yellow. Yellow is related to the sun which stands for ebullience, vitality, joy, happiness, and camaraderie.

Gaurishankar House

The Gaurishankar House is given the color green. Green represents harmony and rejuvenation and is frequently linked to success. It also connotes development, vitality, and freshness.

Annapurna House

The Annapurna House is given the color red. Red represents confidence, courage, and determination, encouraging a sense of challenge and a strive for success.

Saipal House

The Saipal House is given the color blue. Blue is a symbol of the sky and the ocean and is connected to open spaces, freedom, intuition, creativity, and sensitivity.

Care school offers various clubs, allowing students to explore their interests and build new skills under the guidance of professional trainers. Students from Grade I to X select two activities, one from each category below.
